Reservation Policy

Please read this policy before you place a deposit. We will also send it to you in writing, along with the sales contract, so that nothing in it is a surprise.

Deposits

A deposit reserves a specific kitten and removes that kitten from our available list. The amount and the payment methods we accept are confirmed in writing before you pay anything.

If you change your mind

Deposits are generally non-refundable, because once a kitten is reserved we turn other families away. If your circumstances change, talk to us. Where it is reasonable, we will look at transferring your deposit to a kitten from a future litter rather than simply keeping it.

If we cannot provide the kitten

If something happens on our side and we cannot provide the kitten you reserved, you choose: a full refund of your deposit, or first choice from the next available litter.

Final payment and pickup

The balance

Due before or on pickup day, by the method agreed in your contract.

Pickup age

Kittens go home at 12 weeks or older. Younger than that and they miss important time with their mother and littermates.

The date

We will agree the pickup date with you well in advance.

Health guarantee

The specific health guarantee that applies to your kitten is set out in your written sales contract. It covers a defined period and requires you to have your kitten examined by your own veterinarian shortly after pickup.

Read it before you sign it, and ask us about anything that is not clear.

Your responsibilities

Questions

If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay rather than after. Contact us and we will explain it.
